Your Kiddie Couch arrives ready to use straight out the box - no tools, no setup required. Each piece is carefully sealed and compressed into a box for safe shipping. Simply remove the contents from the box, carefully open the seal (avoiding sharp objects), and watch your Kiddie Couch expand.

Once unsealed, the foam will begin to uncompress and take shape. Depending on how long it’s been in the box, full expansion and firmness can take anywhere from 24 hours to 2 weeks.

Because of the compression process, wrinkles in the fabric are inevitable. A quick steam will smooth them instantly, or they’ll come out on their own with regular use.

You can safely keep your Kiddie Couch (or accessories) sealed in the box for up to 6 months after delivery. For the best results, we recommend unboxing as soon as possible - this helps the foam maintain its ideal firmness and bounce. The longer it stays compressed, the more time it will need to fully expand once unsealed.

Our foam is CertiPUR-US certified. This is the gold industry standard. Our foam is produced with the utmost care and safety for kids at heart.

Our foam is wrapped in ultra-soft, luxurious, water/stain repellant microvelvet. It is incredibly durable and made to last.

Our fabric is built to last and completely machine washable. Simply unzip the covers, remove the foam, and place the covers in the washing machine on a gentle/delicate cycle. Do not tumble dry - hang dry only.

Care Tip: The water/stain-repellent covers are designed to minimize washing by allowing you to quickly wipe away everyday spills and messes. Please note that the covers will begin to lose their repellant abilities after a few washes so spot cleaning is always the best first step.

Because of the nature of our products, all purchases are considered final sale. Each Kiddie Couch is carefully vacuum-sealed and compactly packaged for delivery. Once the packaging has been opened, the product cannot be compressed back into its original shipping box.

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. If you need to make a change or request a cancellation before your order ships, please reach out to our support team as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to assist.
