1 - Overview

This website (the “Site”) is operated by Dhami International - FZCO. Throughout the Site, “Kiddie Couch,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Kiddie Couch and our e-commerce operations. We provide the Site—and all information, tools, and services available from it—subject to your acceptance of the terms, conditions, policies, and notices below (collectively, these “Terms”).

By visiting the Site and/or purchasing from us, you use our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms, including any additional terms and policies referenced here or available by link. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities per person, household, or order, including orders placed under the same account, credit card, or billing/shipping address. If we change or cancel an order, we may notify you via the email, billing address, and/or phone number provided at purchase.

We also reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

6 - Unforeseen Events (Force Majeure)

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control (“Force Majeure Events”). In such cases, an order or project may be canceled and any retained amounts refunded as applicable. Force Majeure Events include, without limitation:

• strikes, lockouts, or other industrial action;

• civil commotion, riot, invasion, cyberattack, terrorism or threats thereof, war or preparations for war;

• fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic, or other natural disasters;

• impossibility of using rail, shipping, aircraft, motor transport, or other public/private transport;

• interruption or failure of utilities (including telecommunications networks);

• workforce unavailability;

• acts, decrees, laws, regulations, or restrictions of any government authority.

We will use reasonable efforts to end any Force Majeure Event or find a solution that allows performance despite it.

Dhami International - FZCO and associated parties assume no responsibility—legal, medical, or otherwise—for injury or damage to persons or property arising from use of Kiddie Couch products.
