Foam Warranty

Our CertiPUR-US® certified polyurethane foam is made to the highest standards in the industry, and we’re confident it will last. Each piece of foam comes with a one-year warranty that covers its compression and expansion.

• If your foam no longer compresses or expands in a way that affects its functionality, we will repair or replace it.
  
• This warranty does not cover user-inflicted damage such as stains, rips, or water damage. Please check your foam upon unboxing and notify us immediately if you notice an issue.
  
• Minor dimensional differences under 2" are not considered defects. While 99% of foam pieces are cut precisely, small variations may occur during production. Only differences of 2" or more qualify for a claim.
  

To submit a claim, email us with a description of the issue along with photos, and we’ll work quickly to resolve it.

Cover Warranty

Kiddie Couch covers are protected by a one-year, one-time repair or replacement warranty. This covers:

• Seam tears
  
• Zipper malfunctions
  

If you experience any of the above, contact us right away. You are entitled to one claim within the 12-month period.

Please note, this warranty does not cover user-inflicted damage such as stains, rips, or general wear. Inspect your covers upon arrival and report any issues immediately.

Warranty Policy Coverage

Our warranty applies to all products purchased directly through the Kiddie Couch website and covers manufacturing defects only. A manufacturing defect is defined as a deviation from design specifications during production that results in a flaw, weakness, or shortcoming. Claims must be submitted by the original purchaser.

Warranty period: 12 months from the date the product is received.

What’s not covered:

• Damage or malfunction from misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, exposure to moisture, heat, fire, or other environmental factors
  
• Alterations, modifications, or unauthorized repairs
  
• Improper installation, removal, or tampering
  
• Damage caused by natural events (e.g., lightning, flooding, etc.)
  

How We Resolve Claims

If a product is deemed defective under this warranty, Kiddie Couch will, at our discretion:

• Repair or replace the defective item with the same or a comparable product, OR
  
• In case we no longer have the same product available we will issue a credit of similar value as of the originally purchased product or we will order the product for you which can take up to 3 months to arrive.
