Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, all purchases are considered final sale. All of our products are carefully vacuum-sealed and compactly packaged for delivery. Once the packaging has been opened, the product cannot be compressed back into its original shipping box.

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. If you need to make a change or request a cancellation before your order ships, please reach out to our support team as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to assist.

If your Kiddie Couch arrives with a manufacturing defect or issue, contact us right away so our team can make it right. Every Kiddie Couch includes a one-year warranty for added peace of mind.
