SECTION 6 – SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping and Delivery Policy applies to all purchases made through our website.

• We deliver across UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman
  
• Orders are shipped once processed and payment is confirmed.
  
• Tracking numbers are provided within 1–3 business days after purchase, via email.
  
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the chosen shipping method.
  

6.4 Possible Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:
weather conditions, customs delays, strikes, transportation disruptions, utility failures, natural disasters, or government regulations. Shipping refunds will not be issued in these cases.

SECTION 7 – WARRANTY POLICY

We provide a 12-month limited warranty on products purchased from our website, covering manufacturing defects.

7.2 Exclusions

The warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, accidents, alterations, improper installation, exposure to extreme conditions, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear.

7.3 Remedies

If a valid warranty claim is made within the coverage period, we will, at our discretion:

• Issue a store credit of equal value if the product is no longer available.
  

SECTION 8 – RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

• All sales are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds.
  
• Cancellations: Orders may only be canceled before shipment. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at hello@kiddiecouch.ae.
  

SECTION 9 – DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes arising from purchases made through our website will first be resolved through mediation.
If mediation fails, disputes will be settled by binding arbitration under UAE civil law.
