When should I order for Christmas?

• All orders placed on our website ship out the next day
• Delivery time can be anywhere between 1 to 3 business days
• The last day to place your order for delivery before Christmas is December 17th. You can still place an order after this date, but it may not arrive in time for Christmas depending on where you are located.

Will items run out of stock?

• If you’re able to add an item to your cart, it’s in stock and will ship out right away.
  If a product is marked as sold out, you’ll need to wait for our next restock.
• We should have enough stock available for Christmas orders. Restocks will be happening almost every week throughout November and December—well before the cutoff for guaranteed Christmas delivery.
• We’re continuously ramping up production to keep up with demand year-round, but the holiday season can be unpredictable. To ensure you don’t miss out, we recommend placing your order early and setting it aside until Christmas if you can.

Unboxing

• We recommend removing your Kiddie Couch from its box within one month of receiving it, however, we have done lots of testing and haven't noticed any foam elasticity or expansion issues until the six month mark.
• If you’re gifting a Kiddie Couch for Christmas, we recommend unboxing it a few days in advance to give the foam time to fully expand and reach its perfect shape.
• Many families love unboxing their Kiddie Couch on Christmas Eve and setting it up by the tree and using it as a base to place other presents.
• If you’re saving your Kiddie Couch for that ultimate Christmas morning unboxing, don’t worry — it’s ready for play right out of the box! The more it’s climbed on, built with, and played on, the faster it will puff up and expand.
